How to Use Coconut Milk for Skin

  1. Dry Skin – Take fresh coconut milk and rub it on your skin once or twice a week to get rid of dry and itchy skin.
  1. Smooth Skin – Dip cotton balls into coconut milk and apply it every night before going to bed for smooth and soft skin.
  1. To Remove Makeup – In a bowl add 2 tbsp olive oil with 2 tbsp coconut milk. Take a cotton ball and dip into the mixture and use it to remove makeup.
  1. Skin whitening – Mix 2 tbsp coconut milk with 1 tbsp honey. Mix together and apply it to your face and neck. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes then rinse it off with water.

How to Use Coconut Milk for Hair

  1. Dry Hair – Take one cup of coconut milk in a bowl, refrigerate overnight. In the morning section your hair into two parts and apply milk from the roots end and cover your head with shower cap. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse it off with water.
  1. Damaged Hair – Mix 10 tbsp coconut milk with one fresh avocado paste. Add 2 tbsp honey to it. Mix it well and apply the mixture to the scalp and hair to avoid the hair damage.
  1. Dandruff – In a blender add 4 tbsp coconut milk, 2 tbsp aloe vera and a few basil leaves. Make a paste of it and apply the paste to the scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then rinse it off with water.
  1. Hair Loss- Take 4 to 6 tbsp coconut milk in a bowl and add 3 tbsp lemon juice. Mix it well and refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hour apply the paste to the scalp and leave it for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, wash your hair with mild shampoo.
