Do you know from children to elders and elders to young people everybody loves to have Beautiful and Gorgeous Hair? Following below 8 steps will definitely help you to get Beautiful and Gorgeous Hair.

Step 1

 Oil your hair weekly twice. Use pure coconut oil, Castrol oil and Onion oil for better nourishment. Take oil in a bowl and apply all over the head from tip to hair end. Massage using a fingertip, never massage with nails. Make sure oil has to remain on the head at least for 8 to 10 hour. So that scalp will get nourishes better.

Step 2 

In the next morning or after 8 hours wash your hair properly with a mild shampoo. Always use cold water or lukewarm water to wash your hair. If your hair is smooth then don’t use a conditioner, or else if you like silky hair then you can use conditioner. Never shampoo your hair every day. Wash your hair weekly twice.

Step 3 

Dry your hair carefully. Never use an electric hair dryer. Use an old t-shirt or soft towel to dry your hair. You can also dry your hair with a fan wind or natural wind. But always try to avoid the heat, as there will be more chances of hair breakage,

Step 4 

Avoid brushing your hair while it’s wet. As wet hair stretches, there will be more chances of hair breakage. Dry your hair properly then brush it.

Step 5 

Tie your hair as much as possible while stepping out, as UVA/UVB rays are harmful to the skin and hair, so there will be more chances of losing your hair. Also, protect your hair from pollution and dust.

Step 6

 Eat healthy food like vegetables, egg, sprouts, fruits, etc. Eating more protein content food will help to get stronger and gorgeous hair.

Step 7 

Use natural hair sprays like Aloe Vera hair spray, apple cider vinegar hair spray. Whenever your hair feels more dry and dull, just spray aloe Vera hair spray to hair. Mix 4 teaspoon of Aloe Vera to half bowls of water, mix it well and keep in your handbag or bag. You can use this spray for your face also.

Step 8

At least once in a week use a hair mask, there are many hair masks available in the market or you can also use natural hair masks like Egg mask, banana mask, Yogurt hair mask, curry leaves, and coconut hair mask etc.. Using a hair mask will keep your scalp nourishing and soft.
