Why do cracked feet happen? 

Cracked feet happen due to many reasons like due to heat, due to shoes or slippers which you use or due to skin type but you can easily get rid of it at home. Here are some home remedies which you can use.

1.Lukewarm water

Take 3 to 4 liters of lukewarm water in a bucket and add 2 to 3 tbsp of salt. Keep your leng in the bucket for 30 minutes. Do this at least once a week. Warm water and salt helps to get rid of dry or dead skin. 

2. Coconut oil

Rich vitamin e and natural proteins in the coconut oil helps to repair damaged skin cells and gives deep moisture to your feet. Applying a few drops of coconut oil to your feet before going to bed helps to prevent cracked heels and also makes your feet soft and smooth.

3. Wear socks

Especially in winter, do not forget to wear socks. Wearing socks everyday helps to prevent dust, dryness and protects skin, also keeps you more comfortable.

4. Use scrub at least once a week

Use loofah or scrub to feet at least once a week. Those who have sensitive skin do not go for loofah. You can use soft sponges to clean your feet. Using loofah helps to remove dead skin cells and also keeps your feet clean. 

5. Steam Pedicure

Steam pedicure helps to open pores and eliminate dead skin cells and makes your feet soft and smooth.
