Vitamin D plays a very important role in our health. Because it has plenty of health benefits. If we don’t get the right amount of vitamin d everyday we may face a lot of health issues. To avoid that you must expose yourself to the sun to get the right amount of vitamin d. Most of us will be thinking what is the right time to be exposed to the sun and how much vitamin d is enough for health etc.. Yes, let us see in depth about this.

Most of us will be too lazy to get up early in the morning and some of us don’t even like to go jogging or walking in the morning due to our busy schedule. But waking up around 6 or 7 working out at least for 40 minutes is very good for a healthy lifestyle. It takes a few days to get adjusted to the routine but after a few days it will become a habit and trust me you don’t even miss out on it.

I would say yes but according to science it also depends on your skin tone, age and health history. But if you are exposed to the sun around 7 to 8 am in the morning, 20 to 30 minutes is more than enough everyday. Now you may ask why only morning sun is good for vitamin D. Yes, if you expose yourself to sun rays after 10 am your skin may start damaging because of high UvA/UvB rays to avoid that and to keep your skin healthy you must need to prefer 7 to 8 am in the morning. 

Even most of the people do like to enjoy the evening sunlight. But you need to make sure the Sun Rays are not harsh. In the evening around 5:30 pm to 6 would be the best time to soak in the sun.

Spending time in the bright morning may help to reduce weight. Light could impact Serotonin in our skin and Serotonin also plays a role in metabolic regulation.  So better sunlight, a better metabolism.
