Even though I am too much of a foodie I always love to crave junk food , fried food and sweets. But when I had health issues I quit on all the junk foods. And started eating healthy food. So a few days it will be difficult to adjust but once you get adjusted you don’t even feel like eating unhealthy food.

Healthy Bowl 1 # Brown Rice with veggies

If you really want to lose weight, stick to brown rice instead of white rice. Brown rice contains more dietary fibre than the white rice. Eating higher fibre food makes you feel fuller for a longer period and you don’t feel like eating any other food. It is also good for health because it contains high magnesium. So at least two to three times a week you can eat brown rice. Along with brown rice you can add your favourite veggies. Just shallow fry 4 to 5 types of eggies in a small amount of oil and add it along with brown rice.
