Walking 10000 steps is not easy when you start initially, but once you get addicted you yourself only dont feel skipping it. So if you have not yet started walking then you’re losing your  health. 

Before I even used to hate going for a walk but it’s been more than 3 months. I have not even skipped  a day. I walk at least 10000 steps everyday . Now if i dont go for a walk for one day I feel I am missing something and I do feel very lazy. After I started walking I saw a lot of changes in my body. So then I thought of giving at least 2 hours for myself. So 1 hour I go for a walk and one hour for exercising and meditation or yoga.

Also when you start walking, you need to start eating healthy food as well. If you want to lose weight fast then walk half an hour and jog at least half an hour.
