1.I will Cleanse My Hair At least Once a Week

2.I will use only natural hair care products

This is very important not only for hair but for skin also. When it comes to maintaining natural hair, we must need to use natural hair care products. Before buying any hair products like shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, hair pack et. You must need to check whether the product is natural or it contains any chemicals in it. Do not use the products which have paraben or sulfate in. These chemicals are very harmful for hair so try to use chemical free products for your hair.

3.I will Use Hair Mask At Least Once a week

When you keep your hair nourished definitely it helps in healthy hair. So apply a hair mask at least once a week. Choose hair mask according to your hair. For example if you have dry hair then choose an argan hair mask, if you have hair fall then go for onion hair mask etc.. So applying a hair mask helps to nourish your scalp and helps in healthy hair growth.

4.I will Keep My Hair Dandruff and Flake Free

9.I will Use Hair Lotion and Tonics Once in While

This is suggested to use once in while, applying hair lotion and hair tonics does not affect your hair. Instead they help to make your hair healthier and glossier.
