Broccoli most of us don’t like to eat because of its taste and the smell. Even i used to hate it but since from 4 month am just loving it. Yes Broccoli has plenty of health benefits and we must include that in our daily food. Even though I am adding broccoli in  all the curry , it’s really tasting very well. Instead of junk food like fries, fried food, or processed food we need to add veggies and fruits. I know we get more attracted to junk food instead of healthy food but once you start eating healthy food you will never like junk food.
