1. Almond

You can eat raw almonds or soaked almonds everyday morning with an empty stomach. If you are preparing smoothies then do not miss to add 5 to 6 salmond into it. But it is a good option for you to eat soaked almonds. Soaked almonds are loaded with many nutrients. It also keeps your stomach full for a longer time.

2. Walnut

Walnuts are also a great source of omega-3 and fatty acids. Many people say eating walnuts can help to improve brain function. But eating walnuts with an empty stomach helps to provide many nutrients like vitamin E, folic acid, protein, fiber, and potassium. Soak 3 to 4 walnuts in water overnight and eat them in the morning.

3. Chia seed

If you are a smoothie lover then do not miss to include chai seed in your routine. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 and fatty acids. Including chai, seed helps to lose weight naturally by reducing cholesterol levels. It also promotes intestinal health. So mix 3 to 4 tablespoons of chai seed in your muesli or breakfast or drink it with a smoothie.

4. Apple

Apples are one of my favorite fruit and I include them in my oat bowl every day. Yes, mixing finely chopped apples with milk and bananas with cornflakes is the best way to start your morning. Eating an apple every day keeps your entire health healthy. So either drink apple jucie or eat at least one apple a day. 

5. Berries

Do you know berries go well on smoothies or acai. Berries topping on the smoothies are too yummy to eat. You can include blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, and raspberry. Rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin and fibre. So Eating berries helps to boost gut health.

6. Orange

Eat at least one orange every day low calories and high fibre in oranges are an excess choice for weight loss. It promotes overall. You can drink fresh orange juice or eat at least one orange a day.

7. Banana

Banana always goes well with all the recipes. Do not miss to add banana in a smoothie, muesli, cornflakes, or in your fruit bowl. Eating one banana every day helps to  Rich fiber, potassium, antioxidants, and folate in the banana help keep your weight in control.
